The Dubai Corporation of Ambulance Services (DCAS) has launched one of its fastest responders, the sleek Polaris Bike. The bike that was displayed at the Arab Health 2018 looked like a sports car but it’s a fast bike that runs at 200 km per hour.
It will be equipped with a trailer which will contain resuscitation equipments and all the other requirements that are needed by ambulances.
The advanced paramedics of DCAS would reach a victim at super speed and provide them immediate help on the spot before the patient would be transferred to a hospital in an ambulance.
These initiatives are part of improving the DCAS services and meet the needs of people in crowded places which aims at following the development of all Dubai institutions.
